My Versa 2 stopped tracking, sleep, heart rate and challenges. I have tried everything!! I reached out to customer support, they were no help and the rep ended the chat before helping troubleshoot anything!! Super disappointed!
I bet your watch had its firmware updated like mine. After that, all those functions stopped working on my watch. I'm buying a new Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 classic. Fitbit seems to be going in a downward spiral and not addressing any issues. Lots of people had their Versa 2 messed up after the firmware update.
Same after last update in November mine has stopped along with the lights at the back. You think with so many issues after the update they would look into what's caused so many peoples fitbit heart rates nit to be tracked.
Mine isn’t tracking sleep stages like usual. Just had the generic sleep tracker. Been doing this since the glitch a few weeks ago when the app would just disappear.
My face of my watch shows a snow screw and no lights on the back any more. I also lost sleep tracker and the connection s to my friends in challenges. Very disappointed in Fitbit. I have been using Fitbit for about 10 years. May just switch to apple. Fitbit charges for every app you want to use nowadays to use the sleep app it’s $9.99 a month.
Mine did the same also. Tried everything that I could find and still nothing. Since so many people are having issues with the problem, I don’t understand why they simply don’t fix it with a new update
