I have a Versa 2 and a couple weeks ago May 5, 2020 it stopped registering my HR. It always says 86 even when I've completed a high impact workout which is normally up 170 HR. I've tried multiple things with no success and because of this it also hasnt recorded my sleep. I've removed the Ap from my phone and shut the Fitbit down and restarted with no success. I bought this in January and no trouble up till then. TIA for any advice!

Hi @MMickeyS, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the heart rate tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

I have had this issue for the last month or so. But for the past couple of weeks I’ve been having to reset my Versa 2 almost daily. Today, after waking to find ONCE again that my sleep was not tracked, I’ve charged and reset and the lights will not come on the back and it is not tracking my heart rate. (I should also note the Versa stops at 99%). I’ve had my Versa 2 less than a year, it’s very frustrating that it’s not doing the thing I bought it for.
