A few days ago my Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate out of the blue. It is only 9 months old!
I have tried almost everything to solve the problem, including cleaning the watch, switching heart rate tracking on and off, resetting the device, doing a hard reset and even factory resetting my device and starting from scratch. Nothing has worked.
I am at a loss as to what to do now,
any suggestions?
