Versa 2 not tracking heart rate

My heart rate is stuck on 78. I did a reset by holding the button in for 8 seconds till I got the fit bit logo. When it came back up the heart rate is blank. This is effecting all the other stats that rely on the heart rate.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? I’ve been having this trouble too it’s still flashing on the bottom and I’ve looked in those settings and still nothing. This has been going on for about a month now and I don’t know why. It doesn’t track heart rate or active minutes or burnt calories

Sounds like the sensor is busted imo. If the hr sensor isn't working, it won't calculate active minutes or calories since it uses hr data for calculations.

 

I recommend contacting tech support. One thing you may try, if you haven't yet, is swapping clock faces to see if it resets some software issue

I have the same problem too and I notice my Versa is not tracking my sleep as well since yesterday. I wonder what had happened that everyone's Fitbit stop tracking heart rate and sleep on the same day

Hello the green light is flashing. I removed the fitbit app from my phone then reinstalled it. So far it is working. I just needed to reset my versa once to get it to sync.

Has there been a recent update that may have created this issue? Please let me know. Thank you
