Versa 2 not tracking heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I see several users with the same issue - going back to Jan 21 (at least) and more adding on every hour - with no solid response from Fitbit.

I did a live chat last night on this issue and their solution? Here's a 35% off coupon to buy a new device. I don't want or need a new device! Fitbit needs to fix their broken firmware!

At the very least, revert back to the previous version - it was so much better!

Yes, I have an additional question - is ANYONE at Fitbit even talking about fixing the apparent firmware problem? There have been DOZENS of users reporting this same issue over the past 2+ weeks and it is always the same generic response referring us to help articles. The latest firmware is clearly NOT WORKING as intended... I understand if it takes time for a fix, but at least provide us with an HONEST and HELPFUL response that someone, anyone, is trying to fix this problem!

I've also been having this, syncing issues and battery draining so fast since the latest update

I’m having the exact same issues and Fitbit support are extremely reluctant to provide anything further than me noting down when it happens!

it used to work fine and nothing else has changed other than there being a new update. My watch is well within warranty too and having no help or resolution from Fitbit is driving me insane!!

My heart rate has apparently been exactly 110 for the last 12 hours straight and I'm not hopeful it will be fixed after coming here looking for help. Nice.
