Versa 2 HR not tracking. HR stuck on one number or not tracking at all since that latest update. Anyone know how to fix it?

Fitbit won’t admit the issue. The latest firmware corrupted many functions, including HR functions. 
There is no timetable for a fix — that would require a new update.

Or are they completely unresponsive? Did you experience this situation in the past or is it the first time?
