Versa 2 not tracking heart rate

I’ve followed all the reset/restart steps and my out of warranty Versa 2 still doesn’t track my heart rate at all. I’ve been a Fitbit customer for a long while and this is frustrating. What can I do to get a working Fitbit

I’m experiencing this right now too with my Versa 2! It’s soooo frustrating! Everything else on the watch works except for the heart rate sensor. It doesn’t make sense. I’ve done all the trouble shooting steps that are available online as well. I’m able to get the green flashing light on for max 2 minutes and then it’ll stop working or my watch will restart on its own. So tired of spending money on a FitBit for it to crap out just after the warranty expires or at the 2-3 year mark. Might have to switch over to Apple Watch… which I really don’t want to do.
