Versa 2 not tracking heart rate

so for the last week or longer (2/18 for me) there have been several complaints issues regarding the Versa 2 not tracking heart rate or sleep SpO2 

Has anyone received a reply from Fitbit? seems weird that there are so many complaints about the samething.

Having same issue.  Started last week

I found it works until I charge then have to hold the button to reset after charging to get it to work again

Agree for the last 4 weeks or so my watch is not recording my sleep and HR

i have reset it everyday for the last 2 weeks and occasionally it will record but hit and miss.. I haven’t changed my band or the way I wear it so allot of the searches I have done don’t help me 

How can I fix this this? please help and thank you if you can

My Versa 1 doesn’t track heart rate since I last updated my iOS. Any solution to that? I’ve tried rebooting but didn’t work

Please check the help article that mentions the factors that affect HR and let me know if your HR is still not registering.
