My Vetsa2 in the last 4 weeks has not been calculating things correctly. For example I have a standard walking route that is 3.5 miles. When I wLk it now it says it is 2.5 miles. This is throwing off every thing else. IE active minutes, calories burned, pace,. In addition it is not tracking my blood pressure correctly either. This all started when I start to use running gor my running and walking for my walking. I have been throw support 4 times in the last month. I have told it was from not updating the software. Then I was told that my watch needed to rebooted. Then it was we will send it to someone else and they will contact you. Still Waiting for someone to contact me. This morning I was told to do a factory reset which did not fix the issue it made it worse. They told me that someone would contact me. I am still Waiting. Anyone else having issues with the Versa 2 with getting the correct mileage?

Fitbit does not track blood pressure at all.

Check your workout log to make sure it recording the whole time of the workout.
You say it started the problem started when you started to use both running and walking. Have you tried going back to how you were doing it before?

I am only using either running or walking. I have found that fitbit stops and starts during either exercise even thou I told it not too.

If it stops during your exercise, isn't that obviously the reason why the distance is coming up short? Then the issue just becomes why is it stopping?
Using Exercise App?

It should not be stopping during my walk or running. So the issue is the app on watch needs to be fixed. So far firbit has not fixed the issue over the last 4 weeks. I am at the point that it maybe time to return the watch to the store.

But at least you do know that the issue is that it is stopping during your workout. Originally it sounded like it was just mysteriously not calculating thing correctly.
And as I asked before, you said it started when you started using run for running and walk for walking. Have you gone back to trying it the way you were doing it the way you were before when you were not having the problem?

I was using my rin for my walk before I started running. Now I am using walk for my walk and run for my runs. When use running for both it mess up the calories and steps because your stride length is not the same as your walking stride is. It seems to me that fitbit can handle two stride length and two different speeds to determine correct distance. I even have GPS turned for both and it does not calculate the miles and calories correctly. I was told that fotbit could do this but obviously it can't.

Is any one from fitbit going to answer as to why this happening to the watch?
