Versa 2 not tracking mileage of a bike ride

I used my fitbit Versa to track a bike ride but when I finished it said I rode 0 miles. I rode for 25 minutes and stava accurately mapped my ride but it was still 0 miles, 0 elevation gain, etc.

Hi @mrslofsmile did you manually start the bike function on your Versa? 

Do you have a map of your ride in Fitbit? 

You say Strava has an accurate map. Was this map sent to Strava from Fitbit? Or did you also record with the Strava app?

I have same issue, started bike ride on Versa 2, ran Strava on phone as well.  Finished ride, all data was on Fitbit but map actually showed .17 however I rode 5.19

Not sure what happened & how to fix??
