Versa 2 not tracking my GPS route accurately

When I'm tracking my route it's coming up as a line n not the actual map and the kilometres are not accurate either..battery in phone n Fitbit are charged..this has been happening since Monday..how can I fit this ..😀

Many thanks for your email,

However I did all the steps that support asked me to do..went for a stroll
last night n still only a line and not a map..quite frustrating..any ideas
how I can rectify this.

So the same thing was happening to me. I was reading the negative reviews on the google play store when someone mentioned that the GPS no longer worked unless you give the app access to location at all times (when in the past it worked perfectly fine with location access only while using the app). So far it's fixed my problem but I don't know if it'll stay that way.
