Versa 2 not tracking my heartrate

My Versa 2 exactly 1 years old now.

started draining the battery, only lasting 2 days

next day stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate

now the full touch screen does not respond

have installed the original fitbit clock face as per suggestions

have done a full factory reset as per suggestions

Nothing working 

I feel for the price of this watch, this should not be happening

I require a solution for this!

Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar with the display or sleep tracking. 

Regarding the battery of your device that is draining too fast, the battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. Please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to improve battery life.

(regarding the battery of your device that is draining too fast, the battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to improve battery life.) article refers to settings. can’t go to any settings as the touch screen is not responding!!!! i only have limited apps, steps, calories, heart rate and i use the original clock screen from the fitbit. my setting were set at auto light, screen always on, was set as off. non of these can now be confirmed as i can not use the watch as the touch screen will not allow you to swipe left. right, up or down!

I’m in rsa so cant call, the support link keeps asking me for a email associated to my twitter account?

i don’t have a twiotter account!

 

This is patethic!

 

All Fitbit does is refer you to links, other departments, to do certan steps, althougfh you clearly stated you have done them, clearly this seems to be Fitbits way, to just refer refer refer, not solve!
