Versa 2 not tracking my sleep

My Versa 2 is not tracking my sleep after the last update. I checked the forum and did the update as instructed and it is still not working. What should I do?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Please confirm that your sleep settings are normal and not sensitive: What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting in the Fitbit app?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 
  3. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already. 
  4. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist.
  5. Confirm that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
