I have a Fitbit versa 2. I have to swing my arm to get steps. I’ll walk SEVERAL steps and it won’t register unless I am actively swinging my arm. Ive called and complained and basically they said restart it. I did that several
times. I think this is just a mess up on fitbits part and it seems they have no intention on fixing this issue since I’ve read several instances of this happening. If it’s not fixed I’ve decided to just get an Apple Watch. I always thought what’s the point of spending the money when Fitbit has always been reliable for steps and heart rate. Disappointing. Anyone else having this problem?
