Versa 2 not tracking sleep and BPM

My sleep tracking and BPM aren’t working. Neither is the green light on the back of the watch. I have the verse 2... HEEEEELP

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend following the tips to resolve the issue with tracking heart rate including a restart at What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? Regarding the sleep tracking, I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Confirm that your sleep settings are normal and not sensitive: What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting in the Fitbit app?

2. Try sleeping with your device on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
3. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist.

Nothing is working. The green light on the back of my tracker isnt even blinking anymore
