Versa 2 is not calculating heartbeat or sleep function. 
I’ve tried all the resets, restarts etc, recharging and restart etc but no success..

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with the sleep issue, can you please specify if your Versa 2 isn't tracking sleep data at all or is it not tracking Sleep Stages? To fix the heart rate concern, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo

unfortunately the suggestions do not help for heartbeat as I have tried them all already. The lights on reverse aren’t on and are not flashing. 
On sleep, it’s the entire sleep function that is missing. 
I have not changed the band or wore the watch any different to the last 7 months. It looks to me like it’s a fault with the watch.
