I've had my fitbit since Xmas and in recent weeks heart rate, sleep tracking etc is showing no data. It doesn't matter how many times I reset or re sync my fitbit nothing works

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa 2 are still flashing? Are you using a Fitbit original clock face or a third-party one? Is your Versa 2 showing no data or is it tracking the stats but not syncing such information? Which phone are you using to sync your Fitbit? Lastly, when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the heart rate sensors of your device following the steps that are specified on: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
