Versa 2 not tracking sleep, heart rate or stress level. Only has 1 green light on back.

Versa 2 is not giving details on sleep, has no heart rate or stress level.  Cleaning back and rebooting did not work.  I don't know what else to try.

I have exactly the same issue but for longer. I’ve tried all the suggestions but nothing has worked. My partner had the same issues a couple of months ago and has now got an Apple Watch as she was fed up with it. I love Fitbit but it seems like a couple of tears go by and then something happens that cannot be resolved.
