Versa 2 not tracking sleep or BPM

My versa 2 is not accurately tracking my sleep score or my BPM.  I am in a totally rested state yet my BPM tell me my heart rate is 168. I panic and check on another device and it is 65. Then today (apparently) I only slept 1 hour and 33 minutes. What is going on?

Mine quit tracking sleep also?? Is this their attempt to make us update our watches???

Mine also stopped tracking sleep. But I know someone with a new Google watch, and theirs is also not working
