Hello. My Versa 2 intermittently won’t track my sleep. I don’t even get the simplified sleep data—nothing at all, as though I didn’t wear it to bed. I wear it high enough and tight enough and most nights, it tracks my sleep just fine. But some nights it won’t track at all. I’ve tried restarting the Versa; that helps sometimes, but not every time. Also, when I did mindfulness sessions today, it didn’t register my heart rate at all. However, when I scroll down to heart rate on my Versa, the number is right there. The green light on the back is on as well. So it seems to be detecting my heart rate, just not logging it for sleep or mindfulness. In the other threads I’ve read about Versas not tracking sleep, they’re usually not detecting heart rate at all (i.e., no green light on the back of the device). Please advise as to how I can fix my specific issue. Thank you in advance.
