Versa 2 not tracking sleep or heart rate, or giving movement reminders

Hi folks.  Just got my Versa 2 on Monday and have been wearing it since, but it's currently not tracking my sleep or heart rate, and I don't get reminders to move when I've been sitting down for a while.  Have looked through the help sections and everything looks like it's set up as it should be - any ideas on what it could be?  Thanks.
