I'm on my second versa 2 in less then 5 months. My versa stopped tracking my sleep and showing my heart rate back on May 19. I've tried to reboot several times and have done a factory reset, still not working. The light in the back does not show.

Hi @Gades, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the sleep and heart rate tracking issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
