My Versa 2 is not tracking sleep for the last three days. I’m missing sleep data and premium data like health metrics, readiness and stress management.
I reset my device twice. Turned bluetooth on and off. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Checked sleep settings. Turned hr on and off. Logged out of my account and in. Ensured “going to bed now” is not on etc.
Nothing has worked.

Similar thing for me. Think the recent firmware update stopped the heart rate monitor from working (green light on the back of the watch). Did you do a firmware update before the problem started?
