Hi!
So, I currently have a Versa 2, but I’ve also had this happen with an Alta HR. I use an iPhone for mobile syncing.
I use the buttons to tell the app when I start sleeping, and then press the ‘I’m awake’. On two occasions, this has only resulted in sleep patterns, with no sleep stages available. After it happened with the Alta HR, I did some reading on the forums & tried to delete the log and enter it in again manually with the same begin sleep and awake times. It generated sleep stages after I did that. It just happened again this morning with my Versa 2, and once again, it generated sleep stages.
Annoying to have to do that, but seems to be a fix? My question is; would that data be accurate after deleting and re-entering it?

Hello @winf0107 and welcome to the Community. Your Versa 2 tracks sleep automatically and you should not use the app to start and stop your sleep. That is for older model trackers. You will always get sleep patterns if you start/stop in the app. (Help article)
Your Fitbit stores seven days of detailed data. You deleted the log, not the data.

I’m having the same issue. However I don’t press my start or stop sleep. It was random at first but for the past few weeks it’s daily.
