Versa 2 not tracking sleep stages

Hey so the versa 2 was tracking the sleep stages and giving me a score for 8 days (brand new got for christmas). This has since stopped and only tells me how many hours I sleep how many times I am restless or wake up. 

 

I have tried turning the watch off and back on. I've gone through settings couldnt find anything there and I have also changed the tightness and placement of the watch on my wrist. 

 

Can someone help me please 🙂
