Versa 2 not tracking sleeping heart beats and cant find device

For the last 3 days my versa won’t track sleeping heart rate. When I try to sync in mornings it can’t find the device. Have to log out and back in just to sync my versa. Any ideas or solutions would help I’m very new at this
