My Versa 2 progressively got worse. First, it was the screen wake not being triggered by motion. After soft resets and factory resets, steps were not being tracked. After more factory resets whilst connected to wifi to hopefully get a clean firmware install/update, now my heart rate is not being tracked. This has been 3 days overall. After hours of research on forums and youtube videos to find a solution nothing. I feel Fitbit owes us an explanation. There are way too many issues going on. I have only experienced this right as the new year has started. Coincidence? I think not.
