Versa 2 not tracking zone minutes or heart rate

I’ve read and tried everything in the other posts.

my versa 2 just suddenly stopped tracking active zones and heart rate and calories. After a 5 km run I had only burnt 38 calories, had no heart rate zones or how many steps. I’ve restarted, turned things on and off and it’s still not tracking. Versa 2 is about a year old. Hope it’s fixable as don’t want to buy another
