I am having the identical problem with an almost identical time frame. I can tell because in mid October it stopped tracking my zone minutes

Hi @jrjanoe, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if your Versa 2 is not tracking Active Zone Minutes or your heart rate zones? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and share with me as many details you can so we can move on.
Looking forward to your reply.

I have restarted it and I cleaned the back contacts with alcohol in the past. My issue started on the 29th of October—it started working intermittently; it would get a heart rate but stopped doing my sleep or it would do my sleep partially and couldn’t get a good Heart rate during my workout. By 11-10 it just started reading 78 and a week or so later it just started showing 2 dashes, It’s essentially a watch pedometer now. I purchased it 7/31.

Your reply is appreciated @jrjanoe.
Thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If your Versa 2 is not tracking heart rate as it should, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
