I also started with a charge and after have problems with it in water and having to get a replacement. I now have a versa 2 and have been swimming this past weekend and it’s not not working. I brought this model as it says waterproof and I used to do a lot of swimming and like to keep track of my exercise. Very disappointed with Fitbit 😠

Hi... My Versa 2 has died since swimming the other day!! I have bee4n on to Customer Services who seemed very good (initially!!) they asked for loads of photos which I sent but they want me to photograph the Fitbit logo on my charger before they go any further!! I cannot see a Fitbit logo!!! Yet I got it from Fitbit originally!! And....I hadnt had a problem charging my watch until NOW!! So I think they are using it as a cop out for a watch that says it is waterproof and yet isn't!! Ive had NO response now I cannot send them a pic of the logo!! So I am SO upset with Fitbit!! I think I will have to go to Garmin... staying with Fitbit is too much of a risk. I have asked where I could send it for a service/repair...but NO response.

I jave had an email to return my watch so hopefully things are looking up...its dreadful being without it!🤗

I totally agree with you on being without it! Mine now won't charge and I also purchased a new charger but no luck😪😪😪😪😪😪

Fitbitr have3 asked me to retur5n my Versa 2...so I hope than means they are going to sort the problem for me!!

I'm sorry to hear that your watches stopped working after swimming with them. Versa series watches are water-resistant to 50 meters.
@Hairbysarah, I understand how frustrating this could be and does your tracker show condensation?

Hi. I have my versa 3 for over 2 years and have had no issues at all. I swam for 80 mins last night and this morning it is only flashing the Fitbit logo Nothing else is working. Is there a chance it might dry out or do you think it’s permanently damaged. So so disappointing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Caroline1971. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 stopped working after swimming with it.
I understand how frustrating this could be and there's a chance that your watch dries if you place it in a bowl with rice.
