Hi i bought the versa 2 for a xmas gift for my mum after 3 or 4 days it all of sudden its not turning on or charging it seemed to happened after my mum got a notifcation that her watch had an update on her fitbit app. Can anyone tell me if this has happened to theirs and also if they fixed this problem? Please only answer if you had this fixed i unfortunately cant phone fitbit helpline they are closed so anyone who works in fitbit or has fixed this problem would be very helpful
