Versa 2 not turning on

When I woke up this morning the screen on my watch was black and refuses to turn on.  The second sensor of the 4 on the back has a flickering red and green light. I know the battery isn't dead but tried to charge it more and still nothing. I got the watch for Christmas 2019 so I'm a little surprised that it's not working already.

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
