My battery for the Versa 2 was at 18% when I went to bed last night. I woke up this morning and put it on the charger, and it is showing it’s charging, but the watch won’t actually come back on. The main screen stays black and doesn’t show the time or anything. If I try to click on the timer or alarms, it will act like it’s loading, and then just crash back to the black Home Screen. I tried to update it in the app, but the app keeps asking if my Versa is turned on.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hello!

Yes, the heart rate monitors are flashing. It’s charging fine, when I plug it up I can see the screen showing the battery charging, it just won’t load the Home Screen or any apps.
