Versa 2 not turning on

Hello I did a factory reset to my versa 2 as it was not able to count the steps properly.

However once I did a factory reset, it is not turning on.

Help me out with this one

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life. This article contains a regular restart, which has been helpful in order to fix steps tracking issues.

 

Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if it turns on and tracks your steps walked properly.

Hi I tried all these methods and still nothing seems to help. My watch isn't even 2 months old, might need a replacement.
