Versa 2 not vibrating when hourly activity goal reached

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My husband and I just got the Versa 2 a few days ago. Both of our watches vibrate to remind us to take steps, 10 min before the end of the hour, to reach our hourly goal but does not vibrate once the goal of 250 steps has been reached. I have tried resetting watch but it did not help. Any suggestions on how to get this to work?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Singlerose2978. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am glad to assist you with your concern about your Versa 2 not vibrating when hourly activity goal is reached. Thank you for the details shared. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts by doing a restart. Thank you for confirming that you feel a vibration and see a reminder on your screen at 10 minutes before the hour if you haven't walked 250 steps. When you meet the 250-step goal after receiving the reminder, you should feel a second vibration and see a congratulatory message.

I recommend making sure to sync your device before the hour after you reach the 250-step goal to see if you feel the second vibration. You can manually sync your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

Please keep me posted, I'll be around.
