My versa 2 just stopped working, the screen turned Brown with white lines going across. I updated it and the issue still did not resolve itself. What's worse, is that trying to start a live chat with someone to help about this, the website told me that "I reached my limit." This is super annoying and I'd like a replacement asap. My case # is 40352741
