Versa 2 not working due to green screen

I'm getting a green screen on my versa 2 watch. I've tried to hold the button down and tried to change the clock face, but neither has worked. Live chat support was a waste of time unless you want to deal with a snarky agent who after one unsuccessful try wants to do a factory reset and lose all your data.  If it doesn't come back in next few days, I'll be getting a competitor's watch. I've been a loyal fitbit customer for nearly six years, but I guess it's time to move on.

Issue has been resolved on its own.

This keeps happening to me too. For days on end anywhere from 2-9+ hours, no amount of resetting helps. I’m going to attempt to get customer service to do something about it tomorrow.

I kept holding the button on and off for a bit and It eventually mine reset
on its own.
