So frustrated with my Fitbit. I used it to set multiple alarms, keep track of my sleep and heart rate and steps mostly. All of a sudden it stopped working. Fitbit support asked me to reset which I did and lost all my data. Worse part after is that it still doesn’t work after all! Their customer service told me my warranty expired a few months ago and they don’t even offer to repair! So this Fitbit watch can only last until warranty and it breaks?! I’m paying for a one year watch only?! This is very frustrating! They only offered me a discount to purchase a new watch from them. I mean, if it doesn’t work now, what would make the new watch work after only paying them extra $$ every year?!
