Versa 2 notifications not working iPhone 6

Hi,

just got a versa 2 and it seems to be working fine except for notifications from WhatsApp and messenger. Even SMS. 
Actually I tried everything from downloading latest iOS, rebooting phone, watch, resetting Bluetooth, fitbit app etc..

Checked all settings in phone and fitbit app. 
when I go to notifications, I don’t even find messenger and WhatsApp listed. though I find other app but not messaging apps. 
thank you for your help soon
