Hi guys
i had my Versa 2 since 29th July, 8th Sept I stopped receiving notifications from the above. Contacted support many times, updated my iPhone XR software and Fitbit app... Now have been told from support that I have to have “preview message” selected on my ovine to receive the messages?
Never had to do that before, not sure why I have to now? Any ideas? Help?! I don’t want previews on my phone!
