I've seen this occasionally in the past, but now all of a sudden, every time my Versa 2 syncs with my iPhone, it resets my active minutes. Walking on my treadmill, I was in 20 minutes, it synced, and reset to 1 minute. This was the third time it did it during this treadmill session. What's going on? What changed all of a sudden? It wasn't doing this yesterday.

To clarify (after reading other similar posts), I have my active minutes set to start tracking at 10 minutes for walking. It synced fine up until about 20 minutes, when it reset to 0 and started counting over again. At that point, every time it auto-refreshed, it went back to 0 minutes. I have changed nothing on my Versa 2 and have not done anything on my iPhone (no iOS updates, etc) for this to start happening today. It worked 100% fine yesterday afternoon when I did a treadmill workout.
Also FWIW, I am no longer receiving notifications or hourly prompts to move as of this morning. Everything is set correctly in my profile.

So it seems that, magically, the problem is resolved today. I've done nothing at all to either my Versa 2 or my iPhone since the problem started yesterday. It's a little frustrating to know that this rather pricey device behaves so erratically. 😞
