Versa 2 only allowing 3 options to display on watch under today

Just got the Versa 2 today and I'm having the issue of not being able to add anymore stats to the "today" screen on the watch itself aside from: steps, steps the hour, and heart rate. I has the Versa previously and I was able to have sleep, female health, etc on this screen. When I click into settings it says "select up to 7 stats to easily track with fitbit today", but the only options with check marks listed are: activity, hourly steps, and heart rate. Any ideas? I'm able to edit them on my dashboard on the app, but I can't figure out how to get them to show on the watch.

@Linzeh13 As @JohnnyRow said. You can also try this:

  1. Put your Versa in the charging dock
  2. Open fitbit mobile app and sync
  3. In the Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon and go to Apps
  4. Go to Today app in the Fitbit mobile app and check if there's an update. If yes install it
  5. Sync again
  6. Check Versa if Today app displays all the stats you need
  7. If Versa does not display the stats, reboot Versa
  8. Optional: Uninstall and reinstall fitbit app
  9. Sync

If you just got it, give it some time, say overnight.  For some reason, the rest of the options seem to often not show up right away but come on later.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you! I restarted it, but no luck. Uninstalling and downloading the Fitbit app seemed helped.

Uninstalling the app fixed the same problem for me as well. Thanks!!

Update! It took a few minutes for the sleep tracking info to show up after reinstalling the Fitbit App. Sometimes we just have to wait a bit longer. All good now. 😀

Argh, I hope you're right about it coming if I wait a bit.....I just bought my versa 2. (My versa died after a year and a half) I have tried all the suggestions I can find, including updating, uninstalling/reinstalling, power cycling, etc etc. But still nothing. I am sorely disappointed if this feature was taken off the new versa 2, and I will be looking to find an original versa instead. Can someone please tell me if this is working on anyone else's versa 2??? I will be returning my versa 2 and trying to find an original versa if they took away that functionality!

The Versa 2 does show the sleep score but like the others above, I had to uninstall and reinstall the App on my phone. Once I did that, I was good. My daughter on the other hand, had no issues and it worked from the start. So not sure why it works for some and not others. Hopefully you were able to figure it out too!
