Fitbit face only says Login to Spotify from the Fitbit mobile hat and won't go to anything else. I do not have Spotify and don't want it. Nothing on the app will let me change it.

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa 2 screen is unresponsive, let me give you a hand. Just to confirm, does the screen change when plugging your watch into the charging cable or pressing the button? If not, I'd recommend to restart your watch as described in this help article.
