My Versa2 is stuck on a purple screen that says "Source" that include an output option. I am unable to reset with side button. I let the battery drain and it fixed this temporarily and goes right back. Im unable to see HR, steps, and clock.

In light of the situation you've stated, I would advise changing your Versa 2's clock face. It is advised to change the third-party clock face in order to resolve any issues that may occur.
