I just received my Versa 2 this morning and have had it on the charger for 8 hours now - it keeps turning off and when it happens to turn on and I try to connect it to my iPhoneXR it says it found the device but it doesn't go further than that and the Versa 2 screen just has the Fitbit logo.
I've tried holding the side button down for 10-15 seconds as mentioned in previous posts but nothing happens.
