Versa 2 only shows the Fitbit logo

Just got my new fitbit versa 2, and of course i charged it, after some time i thought that it was already charged, but when i press the side button there’s no power, nothing. I tried to charge it again and it only shows the fitbit logo, it’s almost 3 hours when i started to charge the watch, and still, it doesn’t work, it only shows the Fitbit logo when it is charging. Can someone help me please, thanks!

Thanks for letting me know that you got a new Versa 2, as well for the steps tried so far. You've done a good job. Since you mentioned to only see the Fitbit logo, I'm wondering if you've completed the set up process. Please note that the Versa 2 needs to be set up to a Fitbit account in order to sync your details, update the date and time, as well to show your details on the screen.
