Versa 2 only turn on when on charger

My Versa 2 will only power on when it is attached to the charger. It will say 100% charged, and when I plug it back in after not turning on when it is removed from the charger, it sometimes shows 0%. Other times it’s back to100%. Either way, as soon as I take it off the charger, it will not power on.

I have tried the following:

- hold back button for 10+ seconds 

- change clock screen

- factory reset

- update firmware (available today) said downloaded but could not sync 

- tried different outlet 

None of these have worked. Changing the outlet worked for about 30 minutes today, but then It went right back to not turning on when it’s off the charger.

Any other suggestions?

I contacted Support through their chat, and they are supposed to be looking into my warranty info. I am waiting for an email. Just wanted to let you know because it sounds like it may be something that cannot be fixed. It’s only 4 months old!

Happened to me this morning as well and I see many others posting the same. Sounds like a software error. What did the push last night?
