Versa 2 opening App on its own

My Versa 2 which is only 2 months old has started opening the app that is in the lower right hand corner on its own. I followed the instructions I found here and nothing is working. How do I get support for fixing this issue?

@ChristyCW Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Versa 2 opening an app by itself. The device will open the app that you have on the first page (after you swipe once to the left) when you press the button (either the top right or bottom right buttons). For example if I press the lower right bottom from the clock face it will automatically open the Weather app. This is a feature built in the device. Make sure that you aren't pressing the button by mistake when this happens. If you are sure that you aren't pressing the button then please restart your device by following these instructions.
