Hello! Will the Versa 2 track oxygen levels and skin temperature? If not which ones in the Versa family will?

Hi @Bonnie16,
Right now, the only tracker that I am aware of that tracks your skin temp is the Sense, which has a lot of the same features as the Versa line, but with an added EKG and EDA scanner. Plus, there's the ability to take calls!

@Bonnie16 Actually yes, the Versa 2 has skin temperature along with many other Fitbit devices. See for example this post.
Sense however has a dedicate sensor for the purpose but Fitbit never explained the actual differences between the 2 sensors.
In the last months the skin temperature has been introduced to Health metrics that is now free for everybody (not a Premium feature).
In addition Versa 2 can also visualize SpO2 in terms of EOV (estimated oxigen variation) in the sleep section of Fitbit app (no addition required) or a numerical value in Health Metrics (although in this case you need to install a dedicated watch face, see here).

So with estimated oxygen variation no additional clock face is needed?
Will eov and skin temperature only show at night or during the day also? And, can I see from my fitbit device or just the app? And, will the versa 2 bands fit the sense?

@Bonnie16 The EOV doesn't require a clock face. And yes, they are only measured at night. The skin temperature doesn't record a temperature measurement. It records/reports your temperature change from your baseline. Both of these are in the app. You get the EOV graph in your sleep details. The skin temperature variation is part of the Health Metrics.
The Versa 2 bands don't fit the Sense.

@DramaQueenDiva thank you! Is the sense the only one with the ability to take calls?

@LZeeW are the versa 2 bands interchangeable with the versa?
I think I read that somewhere.

@Bonnie16 Yes the bands are interchangeable. According to the Fitbit Site , yes, the Versa 3 can take calls when your phone is nearby.
If price is an issue, I would go with the Versa 3, which will run you about $180 (I rounded up), verses the $25 (again, I rounded up) for the Sense.

@DramaQueenDiva thank you! Now, I'm just wondering if I can have sense and versa on the same account?

Hi @Bonnie16,
No, you cannot (trust me, I've tried!). With the latest trackers dating back to the release of the Ionic (I believe), you can't have two of the newer trackers on the same account (for example, you can't have an Inspire 2 with a Versa 3 or a Sense with a Versa 3). I know that a lot of people might benefit from having multiple trackers tied to one account (myself included), however, I don't know when or if this will be possible.
