Versa 2 out by 30 lengths!

I have used my new Versa 2 twice now to record my swims (whole purpose of the purchase!)It is set up in the correct units, I have turned off my phone and Bluetooth to re-sync but still both swims are out by 30 lengths! I have manually altered the total lengths to give my accurate pace, but I shouldn’t need to do this, and defeats the whole object of the device! Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you using the auto swim detect, or manually starting the recording.

It’s my quick start exercise and I just press the start arrow when I’m in the pool.
